Ignore the people nagging about your spelling and grammer. If that had any sense, they would have taken four seconds to click the “About Me…” link and see that you are in India and so English is not your first language. I am sure that you already know that your English is not perfect and do not intend this blog to be published as a book. Maybe they should try posting something in Hindi if they are so great…

The comment about using PNGs is correct though, JPGs for photos, PNGs for screenshots.

For most screenshots the best encoding to use is PNG.
